Deborah Lee-Serafini has experience in civil litigation matters in state and federal courts, including actions involving breach of contract matters, intellectual property, employment liability, personal injury, and premises liability. Deborah also provides clients with assistance in corporate transactional matters involving contracts, leases, business law, trademarks, and advertising.
Deborah graduated cum laude from Nova Southeastern University in 1999, and with a B.A. from the University of South Florida in 1994. Deborah plays an active role in the community where she volunteers her time at the Everglades National Park and participates in an annual ladies-only fishing tournament that supports local nonprofit animal shelters.
Graduated Florida International University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, and went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Florida International University College of Law. Ms. Miranda primarily practices in the areas of Probate and Real Estate.
